Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Petite Frame, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange your item(s) for a different size (if available). We also accept returns for Store Credit under the following conditions:

Timeline: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery of item(s).

Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Refund Type: We issue Store Credit only. This will be sent via email to the email address used for the original purchase.
đźš« Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)
To maintain our inventory standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items discounted 30% off or more.

Any merchandise marked "SALE" or "Final Sale".

Bodysuits, Bralettes, and Accessories.
📦 How to Make a Return
We’ve made it simple—no return authorization is needed! Just follow these steps:

Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is not "Final Sale" and meets our return conditions.

Prepare Package: Include your Order Number and Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, defective). You can use your original packing slip or a handwritten note.

Ship It: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.

Processing Time: Please allow 3–4 business days for us to receive your package and 7–10 business days for our team to process your store credit.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or wrong item, please email hello@thepetiteframe.com within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it immediately.

Exchanges: Because our pre-orders and in-stock inventory sell out quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for store credit and using that credit to purchase your new selection.

Condition Warning: If an item is returned in non-original condition (damaged, worn, etc.), credit will not be issued, and a shipping fee will be charged to return the item to you.
