We're Hiring!

As an Assistant Store Manager and Key Holder, you will be the heartbeat of our sales floor at our Zona Rosa location and a trusted guardian of our boutique. You will partner closely with the Store Manager/Owner to drive sales, mentor retail associates, and ensure our boutique looks flawless. When the Store Manager is away, you are the captain of the ship!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Styling: Deliver an exceptional, personalized styling experience for our petite clientele, helping them find the perfect fit and building brand loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Safely open and close the store, ensuring operational functions are in order according to our standard operating procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a role model on the sales floor, coaching team members on styling techniques and sales goals.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the sales floor is beautifully merchandised, stocked, and organized. Including window displays. Steaming, tagging and organizing merchandise as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with receiving shipments, processing inventory, and managing stockroom organization. 
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack and ship online orders as time allows during operating hours as well as before/after store hours as needed. 

What We Are Looking For

  • The Fashion Enthusiast: A strong eye for style and a genuine passion for helping women feel confident in their wardrobe.
  • The Retail Pro: 2-4 years of retail experience (fashion or boutique environment is a major plus). Previous Shopify POS experience is a plus. 
  • The Leader: Proven reliability as a key holder or supervisor, with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
  • The Communicator: Warm, engaging, and articulate—someone who loves connecting with people.
  • The Flexible Team Player: Availability on weekday afternoons (3-6pm) and weekends (10am-6pm) are a requirement for this role. However, with proper planning and communication, we will gladly work with your schedule.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk up to 100% of the time, climb a ladder if needed, and lift up to 30 lbs to handle inventory shipments.
